How to book your Tickets

Choose your walks a. Under ‘Programme’ choose the date of the walk you want by clicking your choice. b. Click on a walk title to see full details of each walk. c. If you would like to join a walk please add your name(s) where it says ‘Ticket holders name’ (this will then show on the printed ticket) then click ‘Add to Cart’. Your walk should then appear under basket on the right hand side of the screen. d. If you want more than one person on each of your chosen walks please keep doing process 'C' again until the number of desired tickets are purchased. e. Once you have finished making your selections your cart should show all walks selected. Buy your walks tickets a. Click ‘Checkout’ in the top right hand corner which will take you to the login page. b. If you have registered on the site before by entering your email and a password re-enter those details in the spaces provided. c. Otherwise, create a new account which will mean that you can easily update the walks tickets you have previously purchased and you will be able to reprint your ticket should you loose it.  We will also be able to contact you with news of next years walking festival. d. If you do not create an account and instead click ‘proceed straight to checkout’ we will have no record of you and you will not be able to review the walks you have purchased. e. Follow the secure checkout procedure provided by Paypal. Please note you do not need a Paypal account to use this facility. Your card payment details will be verified immediately and you will be able to print your ticket out. f. You will need to print your ticket and bring it along to each walk in order to join the walk, as numbers are limited and we need to ensure you have booked and paid. How to print your walk tickets a. Card payments will be processed immediately, you will be able to print out your ticket once the payment is authorised. b. Once payment has been accepted you can go to your account at any time and print out your ticket by clicking ‘Print Ticket’. c. Tickets will include the name that you entered when booking. They will also include directions to the start of the walk and joining details, e.g. meeting point map ref, etc. d. All your chosen walks will be included on 1 ticket, please bring it to each of your walks. No internet access? If all the above has been foreign to you, you can still book tickets over the phone or in person and take part in the Festival.  Please have your choices of walks ready, as well as a card to pay with. It’s also a good idea to have alternative walk options at the ready in case your choices are already booked up.
